Located right on the Tennessee River, just 25 minutes from Chattanooga, multiple major attractions and hundreds of dining opportunities, this recently renovated 1900 square foot, 4-bedroom, 2 bath delight sits on 12 acres overlooking the Tennessee River and surrounding Southeast Cumberland Plateau Mountains. Enjoy eating or lounging on the large, partially covered 16' x 32' deck overlooking the river and mountains or the covered back deck over looking the farm with a distant view of the mountains. If you prefer to eat out close by you're just a short drive from small town cafes and local fine dining and less than 30 minutes from Chattanooga with hundreds of restaurants and attractions. Famous High Point Restaurant is just 18 miles away in Monteagle, TN. The public boat launch is a short 5-minute drive or fish from the bank just steps from the front door. Other nearby attractions include shopping, antiquing, state and national parks, historical attractions, and so much more. If you are looking for world class fishing Access to the Nickajack Lake, a 16 square mile lake on the Tennessee River is 5 minutes away by water or just a 10 minute drive over land. World Famous Lake Guntersville, home to multiple major fishing tournaments, is just a 30 minute drive.

Plenty of room for up to 8 guests to spread out with almost 1900 square feet of indoor living space. The large main living area features a 65” curved Smart TV and plenty of seating for up to 8. The huge dining room features large oak table with seating for 8. The adjacent kitchen is spacious and well equipped with a table and seating for another 4. There are smart TV’s in all 4 bedrooms and the master bath features a walk in shower and jacuzzi tub! Plenty of outdoor seating on the 16’ x 32’ front deck facing the river with casual seating for 8 around the fire pit, bar seating for 8 facing the river and dinner seating for 8 under roof with a ceiling fan and beautiful view of the river. The entire deck is lighted with LED string lights! The back deck has seating for 8 under roof with a view of the distant mountains, large back yard with thick grass and working farm. There’s also a large dedicated office space with, desk, table and 2 chairs and high speed fiber wireless internet! The concrete drive has plenty of parking measuring 21’ x 106’. Easy access for boats and RV's.
